Gardening and Growing in Bad Weather, Plans in Ruins

Plans – what are they good for?

Today was supposed to be fair weather wise, so I thought I may get something done on the plot. Venturing into the garden, I realised just how sodden the soil was so that plan was shelved.

Still the sun was shining so I thought I would install the solar ventilator into the roof. Before that, I moved on the new plum roma tomato seedlings into 3? pots and sowed some more tomato seeds as I have a feeling I am going to lose the last lot. They do look sickly.

Halfway through this it began to hail so that was the ventilator plan put to one side.

Not exactly up to expectations ? but that’s gardening for you.
