Freezing Produce, Blanching and Watching the Rain

Yes Rain!

Just admiring the water falling from the sky – so some freezing of produce.

Just a few bags of French beans, runner beans and cauliflower were blanched prior to freezing.

A load of courgettes were sauteed before they to are frozen.
