A no-bake cake that’s ideal for making with children. Takes less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish.
Ingredients for Sultana, Cherry and Chocolate Uncooked Cake:
- 4 oz Butter
- 2 tbs Golden Syrup
- 8 oz Sweet Plain Biscuits (crushed into crumbs inside a plastic bag using a rolling pin)
- 1 oz Sultanas
- 2 oz Glace Cherries
- 5 oz Grated Chocolate
Method for Sultana, Cherry and Chocolate Uncooked Cake:
- Melt together gently the butter and Golden Syrup in a saucepan and stir in crushed biscuits. Add sultanas, glace cherries and chocolate.
- Press into a greased small cake tin, level the top and leave to set in the fridge.
- Turn out of the tin and slice.
