Leaves and Chippings on the Site

Leaves and Chippings on the Site

We're really fortunate on our site, the council drop us loads of wood chippings that are great for paths on the plot. They also deliver loads of leaves from the road sweeping and these make leafmould, of course.

So onto the site where we've mountains!

Weeds and Onions

I've some overwintering onion sets on this bed on plot 29. They're under netting to stop the dratted pigeons from pulling them for me, but the fleece is off that I got them going under.

I've a lot of weeding to do, as you can see. Oh to be perfect!

Brussels Sprouts

The Brussels sprouts are doing rather well, once again under netting to keep those pigeons away. On the right you can just make out the purple Falstaff.

In front, sadly, yet more weeds awaiting the hoe.

Jim's Plot

Jim's Plot

You can go off people, you know.
