Cumin has grass like leaves and small white flowers. Reaching a height 15-25cm. These are aromatic seeds that can be used for flavouring many culinary dishes. They are suitable from growing in small spaces
Sow from February to Early June.
In the Spring sow either in to a plug tray for transplanting or into their final container. Cumin can be sown direct outdoors in April with Indoor sowing From February onwards. If sowing indoors propagate at 15-18°C and the seedlings should begin to emerge after 10 days to 2 weeks.
Cumin reaches maturity between 100-120 days and can be overwintered in a greenhouse.
