Local Allotment & Gardening Associations Information

Allotment associations are often joined with local gardening associations. They provide help and advice to the members of the association.

Often they are completely responsible for the management of allotment sites and are the first port of call for those seeking an allotment.

Acregate Allotment Association

Acregate allotments are situated in the sunny resort of Blackpool. We are a small friendly allotment site of around 30 plots. We have a real community feel with everyone helping each other.

Over Allotments are located within a four-acre site off Moss Bank, Winsford, Cheshire, UK. The allotments date from 1924, and today number 57 plots, and 5 raised beds for disabled users. The soil is a heavy clay, making it moist and prone to waterlogging.
