Dispatch and Delivery

Current Delivery Estimate: 7 to 10 Days

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders are being processed as quickly as possible but inevitably there are some processing delays. We will notify by email on dispatch. This may take a few days. We thank you for your understanding.
Multiple orders may be split and dispatched in separate packets to simplify handling and avoid manual processing at the post office.
Should your UK order not arrive in 14 days from dispatch please contact us.

International Deliveries

This includes the Republic of Ireland, EU member states, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. Delivery to these countries would be very expensive and we can not offer free seeds outside the UK for legal reasons. Many countries sensibly control imports of plant products and would seize the parcel at the border. You can buy all our books via The Book Depository with free worldwide delivery.

Damages

All orders are dispatched in protective packaging and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you receive your book in damaged condition, please contact us immediately on receipt. If possible, photographic evidence is helpful.

Returns (Distance Selling Regulations)

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted for refund where the returned book is received back in saleable condition. Books where the spine is creased or pages folded due to being read will not be accepted for refund. Where other items, such as free seeds, have been sent with the book these need to be returned in the same condition. Postage for returns has to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service.
