(Welsh Onion) Forming a clump of slender elongated bulbs with long green stalks similar to chives, Ciboule is a type of perennial bunching onion although it is usually grown as a winter hardy annual. The flavoursome leaves and small bulbs can be used as an alternative to chives in potato salads, soups and omelettes.
