Using the same high quality materials and superior specifications as they use in their free standing greenhouses, these stylish and cost effective Cold Frames are a great addition to any garden.
Robust aluminium framework -available in a mill finish or with a smart 'powder coating' in green, this both enhances the appearance & makes cleaning very easy.
Glazing - glazed on all sides & top with 4mm twin wall polycarbonate.
This glazing material has two main benefits -
being virtually unbreakable it's ultra safe if you have pet's or children around. polycarbonate has great heat retentive properties - the iGrow Cold frame is effectively double glazed.
'Pent' shaped - 1'8½" (52cm) high at the back sloping to 1'6" (46cm) at the front allows subjects which require height to be placed towards the rear of the cold frame, whilst seed trays, lettuce etc. can be sited along the front.
Access & Ventilation - forward sloping 'tilt & slide' top panels enable access into every corner of the cold frame & a wide range of ventilation settings.
Dimensions: - 2'1¼" (64cm) wide
& available either 4'5" (135cm) or 6'7" (200cm) long.
Suitable for siting on grass, soil, gravel or paved areas.
