One of the oldest and best sweet corn still in existence! Plants produce sweet, creamy-white kernels of around 20-23cm long. Not only can you enjoy your cobs fresh, but the plants can also be harvested fully ripe, then hung upside down in a cool shed and used in their semi-ripe state all the way into winter, hence the name 'evergreen'.
