Digging for Victory

What a difference it makes to digging when the ground is dry.

As it wasn’t raining (Yippee!) decided to get some more digging done. The soil is perfect for it – dry enough to dig but not set into concrete. Got a good sized patch dug over at the cost of a few sciatic twinges. Oh well – I can sort those with some exercises.

The seed potatoes have arrived from T&M!

Bit sad to see that 20 tubers is somewhat less than the standard bag but hopefully the quality – which appears A1 – will make up for the lack of quantity.

I’ll set them out for chitting tomorrow.
