Construction material - 12mm thick interlocking shiplap material, 45mm x 28mm framing, sheet material roof with green mineral felt roof covering and square boarded, butt jointed floor construction for extra strength, with pressure treated floor bearers. The timber used is FSC certified - this means the timber has been sourced from properly managed forests and controlled sources

Dip Treated - finished with a factory applied surface treatment, but will require regular treatment with timber preservative.

Double Doors - with rim lock and key.

Windows - four fixed windows with clear 1.5mm safety styrene glazing.
