Recipe for Sweet Green Pickle. Makes about 5.5kg (12lb) and the vegetables can vary with the seasons so a good way to use up gluts and surplus
Recipe for Wild Garlic and Brassica Risotto. You can use wet garlic or leeks instead, the brassicas change as to what's left in the fridge!

Recipe for Curry Relish. Strangely this doesn't work well with curry but it really brightens sausages up. Makes about 3 lbs (1.4 kg) of relish.
