More Seeds Arrive

The Dobies seed order arrived this morning, I’m really looking forward to see what the purple cauliflower turns out like. I’m going to start the additional garlic off in pots. In fact there are a few things to get sown now, onions and brassicas.

The D T Browns order has yet to arrive due to me giving them the wrong end date for my credit card. D’OH!

New Web Site Online

I’ve put up a small website for the Crewe & Nantwich District Association of the National Vegetable Society. Take a look and, if you can, you’re very welcome to come along. I’m off for tonight’s meeting in a minute where we have Mr John Bebbington giving a talk. We met him on my grand allotment tour some time back

Turkey Litter back on Site

Passed the plot on the way to the dentist (tale of pain and torment censored) and there were two mountains of turkey litter there. I know what I’ll be moving onto plot 5 soon.

Visiting Allotment Lady

Spent some time on Allotment Lady’s web site – it’s a real joy to read and to see I’m not the only seed freak. In fact, she may be worse than me! Her chickens are so funny as well, real cartoon characters. Take a look.
